Man to be charged for Valencia pensioner’s murder

Homi­cide de­tec­tives have re­ceived ad­vice from Di­rec­tor of Pub­lic Pros­e­cu­tions (DPP) Roger Gas­pard to charge a 23-year-old man with the mur­der of Va­len­cia res­i­dent, 82-year-old James Le Cadre.

Po­lice said Le Cadre's burnt re­mains were found on March 27, at Plan­ta­tion Road, Va­len­cia.

The sus­pect, who is from Ben­ny Road, Va­len­cia, was ar­rest­ed short­ly af­ter.

Of­fi­cers of the Re­gion II Homi­cide Bu­reau met with the DPP on Mon­day when they re­ceived ad­vice to charge the sus­pect.
