Police seek public’s help to find missing teenager

Po­lice are seek­ing the pub­lic's ur­gent as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing an 18-year-old To­ba­go woman who has been re­port­ed miss­ing.

Rachel Thomas, of Mt. Thomas, Mo­ri­ah, was last seen on Ju­ly 2 and was re­port­ed miss­ing to the Mo­ri­ah Po­lice Sta­tion on Ju­ly 8, ac­cord­ing to the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice.

Po­lice said Thomas is of African de­scent, stands ap­prox­i­mate­ly five feet, sev­en inch­es tall and has a brown com­plex­ion.

She was last seen wear­ing her school uni­form, con­sist­ing of a white shirt, a bur­gundy skirt and a pair of white sneak­ers.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors are ap­peal­ing to any­one with in­for­ma­tion on Thomas' where­abouts to come for­ward.

Any­one with in­for­ma­tion is asked to con­tact the Mo­ri­ah Po­lice Sta­tion at 660-0029 or call 800-TIPS. In­for­ma­tion can al­so be pro­vid­ed by con­tact­ing the po­lice at 555, 999 or 911, or by vis­it­ing any po­lice sta­tion.

Po­lice said in­ves­ti­ga­tions in­to Thomas' dis­ap­pear­ance are con­tin­u­ing.
