Two armed men robbed a 24-hour pharmacy in Charlieville, Chaguanas, early Wednesday morning, after tying up two workers.
Police said the men entered The Pharmacy Hub, located at the eastern end of Pierre Road, around 6.05 am and tied up the two employees.
The workers eventually freed themselves and went to a nearby Pierre Road gas station, where they alerted security personnel.
The men escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and the pharmacy’s digital video recorder (DVR).
Police from the Chaguanas Police Station responded shortly afterwards.
The investigation is continuing.
