Police seek public’s help to find missing 16-year-old

The Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice (TTPS) is ap­peal­ing to the pub­lic for as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing 16-year-old Mala­ki Roberts, who was re­port­ed miss­ing on Tues­day.

Roberts, of Mt Hope, was last seen on Sep­tem­ber 29 and was re­port­ed miss­ing at the San Juan Po­lice Sta­tion on the same day.

Ac­cord­ing to a po­lice me­dia re­lease, Roberts is of African de­scent, has a slim build and brown com­plex­ion, and is ap­prox­i­mate­ly five feet, eight inch­es tall.

He was last seen wear­ing black jeans, sneak­ers and a white jer­sey.

The TTPS is urg­ing any­one who may have seen Roberts or has in­for­ma­tion about his where­abouts to con­tact the po­lice im­me­di­ate­ly.

In­for­ma­tion can be pro­vid­ed by call­ing the Arou­ca Po­lice Sta­tion at 674-0100 or the po­lice hot­line at 800-TIPS.

Mem­bers of the pub­lic can al­so con­tact the po­lice at 555, 999 or 911, or vis­it any po­lice sta­tion.

The po­lice are ap­peal­ing for the pub­lic's as­sis­tance as ef­forts con­tin­ue to lo­cate the miss­ing teenag­er.
