Police seek help finding missing woman

The Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice is seek­ing pub­lic as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing 21-year-old Make­da Gift.

Po­lice said Gift, of Leo­taud Street, Port-of-Spain, was last seen on Tues­day (April 21, 2026).

A re­port was made at the Bel­mont Po­lice Sta­tion on the same day.

She is of African de­scent, slim build, light brown com­plex­ion and about 5 feet, 4 inch­es tall with shoul­der-length hair.

She was last seen wear­ing a white blouse and a pair of pur­ple long pants.

Po­lice are ask­ing any­one with in­for­ma­tion on her where­abouts to con­tact the Bel­mont Po­lice Sta­tion at 621-2514.

Mem­bers of the pub­lic can al­so call 800-TIPS or con­tact the po­lice at 555, 999 or 911, or any po­lice sta­tion.

The TTPS said in­for­ma­tion can as­sist in on­go­ing ef­forts to lo­cate her.
