The initiative, delivered in partnership with Pennacool.com, engaged students from nine primary schools across Trinidad during June, as organisers aimed to inspire Standard Four pupils as they prepare to enter Standard Five.

Schools participating in the tour included Mon Repos R.C. Primary, Cocoyea Government Primary, San Fernando Boys Government Primary, San Fernando S.D.A. Primary, Eshe’s Learning Centre, and Diego Martin Government Primary School.

To encourage participation in the monthly competition, poet Derron Sandy led interactive games and learning activities, alongside giveaways for students throughout the roadshow.

The tour culminated with a prize giving ceremony on June 15, recognising top performers from the May competition.

Arima Boys’ Government Primary School received five tablets, the championship trophy, and upgraded Flow broadband service for its performance.

The top individual student, Christian Naipaul, was awarded a Chromebook laptop courtesy of Flow, while Valdeze Lashley received three months of free Flow broadband to support continued online learning.

Reflecting on the long-standing partnership between Flow and Pennacool.com, Vice President and General Manager Simone Martin-Sulgan said the initiative represents a broader commitment to education and opportunity.

“This is a celebration of belief in education, technology as an equaliser, and the limitless potential of our nation’s children.”
