Piarco Airport parking rates to increase by 50%

Park­ing rates at Pi­ar­co In­ter­na­tion­al Air­port are set to in­crease from No­vem­ber 1, with mo­torists fac­ing high­er hourly, dai­ly and month­ly charges.

The Air­ports Au­thor­i­ty of Trinidad and To­ba­go an­nounced the re­vised rates for both Pi­ar­co In­ter­na­tion­al Air­port and A.N.R. Robin­son In­ter­na­tion­al Air­port in a pub­lic no­tice.

The hourly rate will in­crease from $10 to $15, a 50 per cent in­crease.

The dai­ly rate will rise from $63 to $95, an in­crease of 50.8 per cent.

The month­ly rate will in­crease from $750 to $1,125, a 50 per cent in­crease.

Un­der the re­vised rates, the hourly charge ap­plies to park­ing for less than six hours, while the dai­ly rate ap­plies to stays of six hours or more, al­low­ing mo­torists to park for up to 24 hours at that rate.

The month­ly rate ap­plies to park­ing for 12 or more con­sec­u­tive days, al­low­ing mo­torists to pay the month­ly charge in­stead of con­tin­u­ing to pay the dai­ly rate.

The new rates take ef­fect on No­vem­ber 1, 2026.
