Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating 60-year-old Phillis Beharry, who was reported missing after she disappeared from her Tamana home on Thursday.
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), Beharry was last seen on July 16 and was reported missing to the Cumuto Police Station later that same day.
Police described her as being of mixed descent, about five feet five inches tall, brown in complexion, with a medium build and long greying hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey jersey and a pink skirt.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Beharry or who has information about her whereabouts to come forward as efforts continue to locate her.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumuto Police Station at 643-9000 or call the TTPS anonymously through 800-TIPS.
Members of the public can also contact police by dialling 555, 999 or 911, or by reporting information to any police station.
The TTPS continues to encourage anyone with information, no matter how minor it may seem, to assist investigators as the search for Beharry continues.
