Flow has supported the Autistic Society of Trinidad and Tobago with a donation of essential supplies as part of activities marking Autism Awareness Month.
In a release issued yesterday, the telecommunications provider said employees contributed toiletries, cases of water and canned goods to assist the Society’s efforts to support vulnerable families.
Vice President and General Manager of Flow Trinidad, Simone Martin-Sulgan, said the initiative reflects the company’s wider role in the community.
“At Flow, we believe that true connection goes beyond technology. It is about showing up for the communities we serve. Supporting the Autistic Society of Trinidad and Tobago is one way we can stand alongside families and individuals who deserve care, inclusion, and opportunity.
“I am proud of our team members whose generosity continues to make a meaningful impact where it matters most.”
Flow’s Senior Manager, Communications, Yolande Agard-Simmons, handed over the items to Centre Manager Amoy Raymond on April 1.
Raymond welcomed the contribution and said it will directly support the organisation’s work.
“The Autistic Society of Trinidad and Tobago extends our heartfelt thanks to Flow for this generous donation. We are especially grateful not only to the company, but also to the compassionate staff of Flow, whose kindness and willingness to give back have made a meaningful difference. These contributions will help offset some of our daily operational costs and support the preparation of care kits for vulnerable families.
“This donation also brings comfort, dignity, and a powerful reminder that our community is supported and valued,” she added.
Flow said the initiative forms part of its ongoing efforts to promote inclusion and support communities across Trinidad and Tobago.
