Twelve mothers from communities across Trinidad and Tobago will compete for the title of Ms Magnificent Mom 2026 tomorrow at the Cascadia Hotel, St Ann’s

Held under the theme, “Beauty Continues After Motherhood”, the pageant, which begins at 7pm, seeks to celebrate the beauty, confidence, resilience and diverse talents of mothers, while encouraging women to embrace their individuality and pursue personal growth beyond the demands of motherhood.

The 12 finalists have already completed their talent and interview segments and are preparing for the final show, which will feature introductory speeches, celebrity impersonations, evening gown presentations and a question-and-answer segment.

At the end of the competition, one contestant will be crowned Ms Magnificent Mom 2026 and receive a cash prize of $10,000.

Reigning Ms Magnificent Mom Suzette Smith said the pageant provides an important platform for mothers to rediscover themselves, celebrate their achievements and recognise that parenthood should not mean abandoning their personal ambitions.

Smith, who is representing the pageant committee, said the initiative seeks to remind women that motherhood and personal development can coexist.

She said the organisation believes every mother deserves an opportunity to celebrate who she is, recognise her worth and inspire others through her experiences.

The pageant also aims to highlight the contributions women continue to make to their families and communities while pursuing their own aspirations.

The organisers hope the event will encourage mothers to see themselves beyond their parental responsibilities and embrace opportunities to develop their talents, confidence and identities.
