The Port-of-Spain Corporation has announced that wrecking operations will begin in the Downtown Business District from Monday, December 1st, 2025.
According to a public notice issued by the Chief Executive Officer, the initiative targets unauthorised or improperly parked vehicles across the busy commercial zone.
The Corporation said all towed vehicles will be taken to the South Quay Car Park Facility for storage.
It urged motorists to ensure they park legally to avoid removal and the fees that come with recovering a wrecked vehicle.
The notice also reminded drivers that compliance with existing parking regulations remains mandatory.
