U.S. national dies after fall at Hilton

A Unit­ed States cit­i­zen was found dead at the Trinidad Hilton ear­ly this morn­ing af­ter falling from the sixth floor of the ho­tel.

The in­ci­dent oc­curred short­ly be­fore 7am.

Po­lice said the man, re­port­ed to be from Texas, was a reg­is­tered guest at the ho­tel at the time.

Ho­tel man­age­ment, the Trinidad and To­ba­go Fire Ser­vice and the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the cir­cum­stances sur­round­ing the death.
