Two charged for Moruga man’s murder

Al­most a month af­ter his body was found in the Heights of Gua­napo, two Moru­ga men have been charged with the mur­der of 23-year-old Ronald Ram­lo­gan.

Po­lice said the men were ar­rest­ed on Jan­u­ary 27 and 29.

Of­fi­cers of the Homi­cide Bu­reau of In­ves­ti­ga­tions Re­gion II met with the Di­rec­tor of Pub­lic Pros­e­cu­tions (DPP) on Thurs­day who in­struct­ed of­fi­cers to charge both men with Ram­lo­gan's mur­der and the pos­ses­sion of a firearm and am­mu­ni­tion.

Both sus­pects are ex­pect­ed to ap­pear be­fore an Ari­ma mag­is­trate on Fri­day to face the charges.

Ram­lo­gan, of St Mary's Vil­lage, Moru­ga, was last seen on Jan­u­ary 2nd when he told rel­a­tives that he was go­ing to a beach near the Moru­ga Po­lice Sta­tion.

His de­com­pos­ing body was found days lat­er on Jan­u­ary 7 at the Heights of Gua­napo, Ari­ma.
