Triple murder shocks Penal community

Three men were shot dead at a house along La­choos Road, Pe­nal, ear­ly Mon­day morn­ing.

Dead are 17-year-old Jor­dan Cud­joe Burke, 22-year-old Ish­mael Matthews, and 21-year-old Rober­to Samuel Car­los of Corinth Hills, San Fer­nan­do.

Po­lice said around 2:56 am, a res­i­dent was awak­ened by loud ex­plo­sions and went to check a down­stairs bed­room, where she found the three men ly­ing mo­tion­less.

Of­fi­cers who re­spond­ed to the scene saw blood and sev­er­al spent 9-mil­lime­tre shells.
