Two vehicles stolen at gunpoint in separate incidents were recovered on Monday afternoon in the carpark of a St James business.
Police said the SUV and van had been taken days earlier from their owners in Tunapuna and Chaguanas.
After a report was made, officers from the Transit Police Unit Task Force, La Horquetta CID, Port of Spain Task Force and Besson Street CID carried out searches.
Enquiries led officers to the Digicel IMAX carpark, where the vehicles were found hidden among other cars.
The exercise was co-ordinated by Supt Robert Joseph of the Transit Police Unit.
