Reigning champions Republic Bank Exodus Steelband will perform ninth at the Queen’s Park Savannah when the Panorama Large Band Conventional finals take place this Saturday.
Exodus goes into the competition with 278.5 points from the semi-finals for their rendition of Cyah Behave, which placed them second overall.
BP Renegades Steel Orchestra, who topped the semi-finals with 281 points for The Lizard, will appear earlier in the programme, taking the stage third.
The finals will open with First Citizens Supernovas Steel Orchestra in the number one position. Supernovas qualified with 271 points from the semi-finals for Rum & Coca Cola. They will be followed by Massy Trinidad All Stars Steel Orchestra at number two, after earning 278 points for The Will.
After BP Renegades, Proman Starlift Steel Orchestra performs fourth, coming into the finals with 273 points for Last Train. Nutrien Silver Stars Steel Orchestra is fifth, after scoring 277 points with Respectfully Yours, while Phase II Pan Groove takes the sixth position, qualifying with 277.5 points for Trouble.
T&TEC Tropical Angel Harps Steel Orchestra will perform seventh, after earning 273 points for Last Train, followed by Desperadoes Steel Orchestra at number eight. Desperadoes advanced with 277 points for We Calypso.
Following Exodus in the ninth spot, Katzenjammers Steel Orchestra will perform tenth. Katzenjammers secured their place in the finals with 271 points for Too Young To Soca. Skiffle Steel Orchestra will close the competition in the eleventh position. They scored 273 points in the semi-finals for Cyah Behave.
