Police are continuing investigations into the killing of a Curepe man yesterday morning.
The victim was identified as Shawn Lezama, 47.
His common-law wife reported hearing several gunshots at about 5.30 am on February 11. When she checked, she saw him lying on the ground outside their home on Mc Donald Street, Curepe.
The woman raised an alarm and, along with a neighbour, rushed the injured man to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt Hope, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
