Flow Trinidad focused its International Women’s Day activities on community support, with its Project EmpowerHER donation drive delivering essential supplies to women and children in need.
The initiative, held on March 18, encouraged employees to contribute feminine hygiene products and self-care items in keeping with the global theme, “Give to Gain”. Staff responded with hundreds of donated items aimed at assisting those facing hardship.
Flow presented the supplies to The Shelter for Battered Women and Children, which provides refuge, counselling and support services for survivors of domestic violence.
The company said the drive formed part of its continued efforts to assist vulnerable groups and contribute to the well-being of communities.
