Three held in hardware break-in

Two Laven­tille men and one Beetham man are ex­pect­ed to be ques­tioned af­ter they were caught by po­lice on the com­pound of a Laven­tille hard­ware store ear­ly on Mon­day morn­ing.

Po­lice said of­fi­cers re­ceived a re­port that strangers were seen on the com­pound of the hard­ware store along the East­ern Main Road at 12:30 am and went to the scene.

On ar­rival, of­fi­cers saw three men at the busi­ness place and ar­rest­ed them.

The sus­pects—two 24-year-olds from Laven­tille and a 33-year-old from the Beetham—were tak­en to the Besson Street Po­lice Sta­tion.
