The white Nissan Tiida believed to be the getaway car for killers in the murder of Sangre Grande businessman Danny Guerra, was recovered shortly after his murder on Friday afternoon.
Guerra, 49, was gunned down while sitting in his black SUV outside his business place on Oropouche Road, Sangre Grande.
The gunmen got into a white Nissan Tiida and fled the scene.
Police confirmed that officers of the Eastern Division Task Force found the car along the River Road, off the Toco Main Road.
The vehicle was towed to the Special Evidence Recovery Unit (SERU), Camp Cumuto.
