Two men were arrested after police found 85 marijuana plants during a late-night anti-crime operation in Arouca.
Police said that between 10 pm on March 9 and 2 am on March 10, officers carried out an operation in the Northern Division under the State of Emergency Powers Regulations 2026.
During the exercise, officers searched two homes at LP 28 Dunder Hill Road, Arouca, where the marijuana plants were discovered.
A 35-year- old man of the same address was held after officers allegedly found 54 marijuana plants.
A 31-year-old man also was arrested after officers allegedly found 31 marijuana plants.
Investigations continue.
