Chaguanas man reported missing

Po­lice are seek­ing the pub­lic’s as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing a 44-year-old Ch­agua­nas man who was re­port­ed miss­ing on Sun­day.

The Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice said Homar­dath Sookdeo, of Todd’s Road, was last seen on March 8, 2026.

Po­lice said a re­port was made at the Long­denville Po­lice Post on the same date.

Sookdeo is de­scribed as be­ing of East In­di­an de­scent, of medi­um build and with a dark brown com­plex­ion. Po­lice said he wears glass­es and has tat­toos on his up­per right arm.

No fur­ther de­tails were pro­vid­ed about the cir­cum­stances sur­round­ing his dis­ap­pear­ance.

The po­lice ser­vice has asked any­one with in­for­ma­tion on the where­abouts of Homar­dath Sookdeo to con­tact the Long­denville Po­lice Post at 665-4539.

Mem­bers of the pub­lic can al­so call 800-TIPS or con­tact the po­lice at 555, 999 or 911. In­for­ma­tion can al­so be giv­en at any po­lice sta­tion.

The Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice con­tin­ues to ap­peal to mem­bers of the pub­lic to share any in­for­ma­tion that may as­sist in lo­cat­ing the miss­ing man.

Miss­ing per­son re­ports are han­dled by of­fi­cers with­in the re­spec­tive po­lice di­vi­sions and in­for­ma­tion re­ceived from the pub­lic can as­sist in­ves­ti­ga­tors in lo­cat­ing in­di­vid­u­als who have been re­port­ed miss­ing.

Po­lice have urged any­one who may have seen Sookdeo or who may know of his where­abouts to come for­ward and pro­vide in­for­ma­tion.

They said any de­tails, no mat­ter how small, may as­sist in the ef­forts to lo­cate the Ch­agua­nas res­i­dent and de­ter­mine his where­abouts.
