Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – ANSA McAL has officially launched We Are the ANSA, a new Group-wide culture and careers campaign, at its Group Orientation on January 21, 2026, at the Hilton Trinidad.
Group CEO Anthony N. Sabga III said, “We Are the ANSA is a core pillar of the Group’s reimagined Human Resources strategy, designed to attract future talent while authentically showcasing the culture, values, and people of the ANSA McAL Group. The campaign communicates what it is like to work at ANSA McAL, highlighting career opportunities, growth pathways, and the shared sense of purpose that connects employees across roles, industries, and markets.”
The initiative aims to bring to life the experiences and culture of ANSA McAL employees through their stories and perspectives. It will show how people can collaborate, lead, innovate, and contribute towards long-term impact across the region and globally, while remaining competitive and resilient in a rapidly evolving world of work.
Chief Operating Officer Adam N. Sabga said stewardship was not just a leadership concept but a mindset. “It’s about taking responsibility for what we have today, caring for the people and resources around us, and helping to build something better for tomorrow.”
The campaign aligns with the Group’s focus on future readiness and sits alongside ongoing investment in leadership development, enhanced learning and training frameworks, and the responsible use of AI and digital tools within HR systems.
The We Are the ANSA campaign launches initially in Trinidad and Tobago, with a phased rollout planned across the Group’s regional operations, beginning with Guyana in the coming months.
