Woman found stabbed at Eddie Hart Savannah

Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the mur­der of a woman whose body was found at the Ed­die Hart Sa­van­nah this af­ter­noon.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the vic­tim is a slim woman of African de­scent. Her body was dis­cov­ered in a drain, ly­ing on a sponge on top a con­crete bank.

The woman was found with her feet fac­ing north and her head fac­ing south. She had a low hair­cut and bore mul­ti­ple stab wounds.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors processed the scene and col­lect­ed ex­hibits, in­clud­ing blood sam­ples, as part of the on­go­ing in­ves­ti­ga­tion.
