In a statement congratulating all SEA students on their secondary school placement, the Division of Education, Research and Technology said the results reflect the dedication of students, parents, teachers and school leaders across the island.

“This milestone marks not just the culmination of years of primary schooling but the exciting beginning of a brand-new chapter filled with promise, growth, and opportunity,” the Division said.

The top five primary schools, ranked by average SEA performance, are Signal Hill Government, Buccoo Government, Bethesda Government, St Nicholas Primary and Black Rock Government.

Tobago’s five highest-ranked SEA students are Seyshelley Duncan, Khylie Charles and Dmarcus Walcott, all from Signal Hill Government; Zayd Ewing from St Nicholas Primary; and Je’Niyah Waldron from Scarborough Roman Catholic.

The Division said it would host a special event to honour these students and schools in the coming days, with details to be announced.

Secretary of Education Zorisha Hackett will also host a press conference at 2:00 PM on Monday 7th July at the Division’s Dutch Fort Plaza office to discuss the results. A virtual link will be provided for media unable to attend in person.
