Her Ex­cel­len­cy im­me­di­ate­ly there­after is­sued let­ters to Dr. Kei­th Row­ley and Mrs. Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar en­quir­ing of their will­ing­ness to be ap­point­ed Prime Min­is­ter and Leader of the Op­po­si­tion, re­spec­tive­ly.
