Paris Modes TV’s Natalia Grgona on LFW: ‘Leather, vinyl and saturated colors’


Mary KatrantzouAs British fashion week came to a close in London, Paris Modes TV fashion editor Natalia Grgona took a moment to share her impressions on the season’s runway presentations and their lot of surprises. The designers enjoy experimenting and surprising, as seen at Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto, with original inserts in plastic, fur and crystals. Saturated color was seen at all of the shows: in warm tones (brown, mustard, chocolate) at Burberry and Roksanda, intense red and deep green at Thomas Tait and Christopher Kane, and neons at Katrantzou and Pilotto… Finally, leather is still well represented, as seen in the wraparound skirt at J.W. Anderson, the miniskirt at Topshop Unique and the culottes at Roksanda.
