A pre­lim­i­nary re­port is due by to­mor­row on last Fri­day’s ex­plo­sion at NP’s Sea Lots tank farm. The com­pa­ny al­so wants an in­de­pen­dent probe of the in­ci­dent, CEO John Gor­mandy con­firmed yes­ter­day.
