The Trinidad and Tobago Guardian is the longest running daily newspaper in the country, marking its centenary in 2017. The paper started life as the Trinidad Guardian on Sunday 2nd September 1917 by the newly formed Trinidad Publishing Company Limited.
BPTT denies shorting Atlas gas because it’s no longer a shareholder

BPTT is denying that there is any link between the sale of its interest in Atlas Methanol Company and the its inability to supply the plant with all its required gas, as it has done since Atlas startup in 2004.
