Lucky: Charges can be laid in Sea Lots fatalities

Chair of the Police Complaints Authority (PCA), Gillian Lucky, says a lab was unable to test the blood sample taken from the off-duty police officer who was driving the car involved in a fatal accident at Sea Lots, Beetham Highway on February 24 because “they were de-natured and clotted…they were spoilt.”
