Le Hunte gets it done in Paramin

THE EDITOR: Minister of Public Utilities Robert Le Hunte visited Paramin with senior WASA personnel on October 6 to address the water problems which have been plaguing the community over the last five years.

I admire the minister’s openness to listen to the residents and his challenging WASA to rectify the situation.

The outcome of his visit is quite positive as a WASA crew came three day later and fixed two major leaks and returned the day after to continue its tasks.

There was no fanfare in the minister’s visit.

He just did what he had to do. I hope he continues with that enthusiasm during his term of service and other ministers follow in his footsteps.

Le Hunte, may God richly bless you with good health, courage, resilience and all the necessary qualities to persevere in assisting the citizens of TT.
