Jwala sues Sunshine over divorce story

FORMER Central Bank governor Jwala Rambarran on Friday obtained a High Court injunction against the Sunshine newspaper to remove an article on its website headlined, “Jwala files for divorce from wife of 20 years,” and “Wife removes all money amounting to $1 Million in Joint Account.” Presiding in the Hall of Justice, Port-of-Spain, Justice Robin Mohammed granted the injunction to Rambarran against Sunshine Publishing Company Limited, restraining the latter from further publishing the article.
