Island eTickets has confirmed that three of the headline performers advertised for the One Caribbean Music Festival did not perform.

The company, which served as the ticketing platform for the event, said it felt “deeply disappointed” that the experience delivered failed to match what was promoted to the public.

“We have conducted a thorough review of the One Caribbean Music Festival and can now confirm that three of the headline performers who were advertised to appear did not perform,” the statement read.

“In line with our Merchant Service Agreement and internal policies, we have determined that the differences between the advertised event and what occurred are significant.”

As a result, Island eTickets will issue full refunds to all patrons who purchased tickets through its platform.

The company thanked customers for their understanding and continued support.
