Interpol issues ‘red notice’ for fugitive Iraq VP


Interpol has put Iraq’s fugitive Sunni vice president on its most-wanted list after issuing Tuesday a so-called ‘red notice’ for Tariq al-Hashemi, who is currently in Turkey.
