There’s no in­ten­tion “at this time” to re­duce the Un­em­ploy­ment Re­lief Pro­gramme (URP) and Com­mu­ni­ty-Based En­vi­ron­men­tal Pro­tec­tion and En­hance­ment Pro­gramme (CEPEP) es­pe­cial­ly in the cur­rent pan­dem­ic en­vi­ron­ment since it’s some peo­ple’s sole source of in­come.
