THE STATE spends up to $130,000 to upgrade land for each squatter whose claim is regularised, said Land Settlement Agency (LSA) CEO Hazar Hosein, at a hearing held by Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) at Tower D, Wrightson Road, Portof- Spain yesterday.
