FROM Speaker of the House of Representatives to Opposition Senator in Parliament’s Upper House. That is the latest notch in the long Parliamentary career of Wade Mark as he becomes a Senator representing the People’s Partnership in the 11th Parliament which opens formally today. Mark officially resigned as Speaker of the House of Representatives only on Friday last, but was named among the Opposition’s Senate line up by UNC Political Leader and former Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday.
