THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — The Netherlands is close to getting a new coalition government after lawmakers from the two biggest parties approved a policy deal hammered out by their leaders. Caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte, leader of the pro-free market VVD party, and center-left Labor Party chief Diederik Samsom have been negotiating behind closed doors for weeks to resolve policies for their proposed coalition.
