MINISTER of National Security Edmund Dillon yesterday offered his condolences to people who have lost loved ones in recent killings and said the high murder rate he inherited upon taking office remained a challenge for him, “but it is at the front of the burner in terms of national security and the agencies are charged to do all that is within their power to reduce the murder rate at this point in time.”
