$145M HDC deal for Elias

TSTT chairman Emile Elias’ NH International (Caribbean) Limited (NHIC) has been selected as the preferred bidder to undertake the Housing Development Corporation’s first public private partnership (PPP) model housing project at a cost of $145 million.
